Therapy Rates
$175 for a 50-minute session and $350 for a 110-minute session for psychotherapy.

Different rates apply for services provided to Wisconsin Counties. Please contact Eric directly for more information.
Insurance
Diamond Mental Health is not an in-network provider for any insurance companies. However, a monthly statement can be provided to you at your request for your insurance company. I cannot guarantee you will receive reimbursement. You may want to check with your insurance carrier before you begin treatment if this option is something you would like to consider.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions must be canceled no later than 48 hours in advance. If you cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, or if you do not show for a scheduled session, you will be charged the full fee for the session. If I am able to schedule the appointment with another client, I will not charge you for the canceled appointment.
